ለመሆኑ የተጠቂነት ፖለቲካ ሥልት ምን ማለት ነው? የተጠቂነት ፖለቲካ ሥልት፣ የአንድ ማኅበረሰብ ልሂቃን፣ ባልነበሩበት እና ባልኖሩበት የታሪክ ዘመን፣ በተለያዩ ፖለቲካዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊም ሆነ ማኅበራዊ ጉዳዮች አስገዳጅነት የተፈጠሩ ግጭቶችን እና የተከሰቱ ክስተቶችን ለማብራራት የተጣመመ ትንታኔ በማቅረብ፣ ለራሣቸው የፖለቲካ ዓላማ ማሣኪያ አድርገው የሚጠቀሙበት ዘዴ ነው። እኒህ ልሂቃን በግጭቶቹ ወቅት ራሱም ጉዳት ደርሶበት፣ ነገር ግን የድል ባለቤት የሆነው አካል የወሰዳቸውን ዕርምጃዎች፣ ትክክለኞቹን ከሐሰት ፈጠራዎች ሣይለዩ፣ እንዲያውም ልብ ወለድ ድርሣኖችን በመጨማመር፣ «ይህ ተፈጸመብን፣ እንዲህ ተደረግን፣ ይህን ተቀማን፣ ይህ በደል ደረሰብን፣ እንዲህ ይሉናል፣ ወዘተርፈ» እያሉ ያልተባሉትን እንደተባለ በማራገብ፣ ያልተደረገውን እንደተደረገ በማቅረብ፣ «ተምኔታዊ ተጠቂነትን» እንደ ኃይል ማሰባሰቢያ ሥልት ይጠቀሙበታል። ይህ ዓይነቱ ዘዴ ለነገዳቸው አባሎች የሥነልቦና የበታችነትን፣ ተዋራጅነትን እና ተሸናፊነትን የሚያሸጋግር ከመሆኑም በላይ፣ ትውልዱ ትናንትን እንጂ ነገን እንዳያይ በመሸበብ፣ ለ«ተበደልኩ» ባዩም ሆነ «በዳይ» ለተባለው ወገን የወል መጠፋፊያ የሚሆን የበቀል ጎዳናን ይጠርጋል። የዐማራው ነገድ በየዘመኑ በተለያዩ የውጪም ሆነ የአገር ውስጥ ኃይሎች ከፍተኛ የሆነ ግፍ እና በደል የተፈጸመበት መሆኑ ፀሐይ የሞቀው ሃቅ ነው። የዐማራው አባቶች ግን ምንጊዜም ቢሆን ለልጆቻቸው «የእነ እገሌ ነገድ/ጎሣ እንዲህ አደረጉን»፣ ወይም «እንዲህ ይሉናል» የሚል የሥነልቦና እና የሥነምግባር ስብራትን የሚፈጥሩ ትውፊቶችን ለልጆቻቸው አያስተላልፉም። በመሆኑም በተጠቃም ጊዜ ቢሆን ዐማራው በሥነልቦና እና ሥነምግባር ደረጃ በአጥቂዎቹ ላይ የበላይነቱን እንደያዘ እንዲቀጥል አድርጎ

The attacks on the civilian population of Ethiopian Ogaden province has increased. It says the former presidential co-worker in Ethiopia, Abdullahi Hussein, who fled to Sweden a year ago. After the documentary Dictatorship prisoners were sent here on SVT during the fall Abdullahi Hussein received death threats and now receives police protection. He challenged the leadership of the Ethiopian Ogaden province and handed 100s of hours of footage to Swedish prosecutors. Now he threatened to life in Sweden. He does not look the least bit upset, but he is aware that there are those who want to murder him. He gets the patronage of SAPO and live in a police shelters. - I feel safe

A mass grave has been discovered in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, containing at least 6 bodies of young men, who may have been executed in the past few years. The identities of the bodies are still remained unclear. The grave was accidentally found in the area called Ferensay-legasion, inside the barracks of the third army battalion, by road construction workers, who was digging the ground with excavator for road construction. Witnesses said that the excavator first pulled out two bodies wrapped in blankets and again another four bodies each wrapped in blankets of identical colors. According to witnesses, two of the bodies were still in hand-cuffs and one other had his hands tied behind his back. So far, authorities have said nothing. But, many are pointing their figures at the EPRDF, the ruling party in Ethiopia. Witnesses say that the blankets did not lose their original colors and labels and that also indicates the executions were not carried out that long ago.
