Photograph: Alamy The UK has ended its financial support for a controversial development project alleged to have helped the Ethiopian government fund a brutal resettlement programme. Hundreds of people have been forced from their land as a result of the scheme, while there have also been reports of torture, rape and beatings. Until last month, Britain’s Department for International Development (DfID) was the primary funder of the promotion of basic services (PBS) programme, a $4.9bn (£3.2bn) project run by the World Bank and designed to boost education, health and water services in Ethiopia.

አዋራጅ ሰልፎችና ድግሶች እንዲያበቁ ህወሓት ይወገድ！ ድግሶችን፣ ወታደራዊ ሰልፎችንና ሀውልቶችን ማብዛት የአባገነኖች ሁሉ የጋራ ባህርይ ነው። ዘረኛውና ፋሽስቱ የህወሓት አገዛዝም በሕዝብ እየተጠላ፣ እያረጀና እየወላለቀ በሄደ መጠን በየተገኘው አጋጣሚ ሁሉ ደግሶ መብላት፤ ወታደራዊ ሰልፍና የመሣሪያ ጋጋታ ማሳየት እና በየመንደሩ ሀውልት መመረቅ ሙያው አድርጎት ቆይቷል። የህወሓት ድግሶችና ፌሽታዎች የአገራችን ሀብት ከማሟጠጣቸውም በላይ የመንግሥት ሠራተኞችን፣ የአርሶ አደሮችንና የአነስተኛ ነጋዴዎችን ኪስ እያራቆቱ ናቸው። በአስር ሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ የኦሮሞ ተወላጆች በእስር ቤቶች እየማቀቁ በሚገኙበት ሁኔታ፤ በመቶ ሺዎች የሚገመቱ የአማራ አርሶአደሮች ተፈናቅለው እያለ፤ በጋምቤላና በኦጋዴን ወገኖቻችን ላይ ዘግናኝ የጅምላ ጭፍጨፋዎች እየተደረጉ፤ በአፋር፣ በሲዳማ፣ በቦረና፣ በወልቃይት እና በመላው ኢትዮጵያ ግጭቶች በበዙበት፤ ሕዝብ እያለቀሰ ባለበት በአሁኑ ሰዓት “የብሔር፣ ብሔረሰቦች መብት ተከበረ” እያሉ እነዚህኑ በደል እየደረሰባቸው ያሉ ዜጎችን ማስጨፈር እና ለእነዚህ ጭፈራዎች በርካታ ሚሊዮኖች ብር ማውጣት በእጅጉ ያስቆጫል። እነዚህ ጭፈራዎች ለህወሓት ሰዎች የገቢ ምንጮች መሆናቸው ጥርጥር የለውም፤ ለድሀው ኢትዮጵያዊ ግን መራቆቻዎች ናቸው። ከዚህም አልፎ በዘረኝነት እየተበደለ ያለ ሕዝብ ስለእኩልነት ዝፈን ማለት ክብረ ነክ ተግባር ነው። ዘንድሮ በአሶሳ የተደረገው አገር አቀፍ ድግስ ካለቀ ጥቂት ወራት በኋላ አገራችን በሌላ ዙር የህወሓቶች ድግስ ተወጥራለች። ሰሞኑን በባህር ዳር በተደረገው የጦር ሠራዊት ሰልፍ እና ሰልፉን ተከትሎ በነበረው የድግሶች ግርግር ከሁሉም በላይ የተሰደበውና የተዋረደው የሠራዊቱ አባል ነው። አዛዦቹ መቶ በመቶ የ

ኢህአዴግ “የቀለም አብዮትና አመጽ የመምራት እድል አለው ያለውን የተማረውን የመንግስት ሰራተኛ ክፍል በፍጹም እንደማያምነው” ገለጸ የካቲት ፲፯ (አስራ ሰባት) ቀን ፳፻፯ ዓ/ም ኢሳት ዜና :-ኢህአዴግ ” የአገራችን ህዳሴና የሲቪል ሰርቪስ ሚና” በሚል ርዕስ ለከፍተኛ አመራሩ ስልጠና ባዘጋጀው ሰነድ ላይ፣ በመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ውስጥ የሚገኘው የተማረው ክፍል በኢህአዴግ የመጨረሻው የማይታመነው ክፍል ነው ሲል ገልጾታል። “ይህ የተማረው ሃይል” ይላል ሰነዱ ” አመፅየመምራት፤ኢሳትና ቪኦኤን ከመሳሰሉ አፍራሽ ሚዲያዎች ጋር በመተባበር የቀለም አብዮት ለመምራት ፣ አመጽ ለማደራጀት እና መሪ ተዋናይ ለመሆን ያለው እድል ሰፊ ነው” ። የተማረው የመንግስት ሰራተኛ “መንግስት ቢቀየር የኢህአዴግ ህልውና ቢንኮታኮት ግድ ” እንደማይሰጠው ሰነዱ ይጠቅስና፣ በምርጫ ድምጽ አሰጣጥም መርጦ ካልወጣ በስተቀር የማይታመን፣ በተጠራበት ሰልፍ የሚገኝ ” መሆኑን ይጠቅሳል። በመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት  ውስጥ ያለው የተማረው ክፍል ህልውናውን ከኢህአዴግ ጋር መመስረት አለመቻሉን የሚገልጸው ሰነዱ፣ ምክንያቱ ደግሞ  “ከፍተኛ አመራሩ ፣ መካከለኛውና አባላቱም ጭምር፣ ሌላ መንግስት ቢመጣም በእውቀቱ እና በስራው መኖር እንደሚችል ማመኑ” ነው ይላል። የተማረው የመንግስት ሰራተኛ “ለውጥ ፋላጊ ፣የመረጃ ሃይል እና አቅርቦት በተደራጀ አግባብ ያለው፣ እራሱን እንደሚዛናዊ ሃይል የሚቆጥር እና  በበደሉት ጥቂት አመራሮች ላይ አቂሞ የሚገኝ “እንዲሁም ሌላውንም የማስካድ አቅም ያለው በኢህአዴግ የመጨረሻው የማይታመነው ክፍል ነው ተብሎ በኢህአዴግ መፈረጁንም ሰነዱ ይገልጻል። የመንግስት ሰራተኛው ልማታዊ አልሆነም የሚለው የስለጠና ሰነዱ፣ ይህንኑ ለመፈጸም በአምስት ክፍሎች የተዋቀረ
